About ITU Student Dormitories
What Is in This Directory? Official ITU Dorms and Private Options
This guide lists the university’s official campus dormitories — Gölet, Vadi (İMKB), Gümüşsuyu, and other ITU facilities — alongside private dorms and residences near campus. If you are asking whether options are KYK, private, or official ITU: official dorms on this list fall under ITU Housing Services; KYK is a separate state system; private dorms are independently run and usually contacted via the Univotel link on each card.
Applications, registration dates, results, and waitlists
ITU dorm applications, registration dates, placement results, and waitlist updates for official campus dorms and KYK quotas are managed by ITU Housing Services; the latest calendar is on the official ITU Housing site (yurtburs.itu.edu.tr). Private dorms usually accept applications year-round — use the Univotel link on each card or our dorm phone numbers list for availability, room types, and contract terms.

Private dorm fees vary by room type, distance to campus, and included services — compare on our dorm prices guide. Where early registration or upfront payment discounts apply, confirm whether utilities, internet, and cleaning are included before signing.
